Card-Present Manager

Card-Present Manager (Fintech): Own the operational execution of in-person payments across multiple markets with an accent on POS partner operations, launch readiness, and operational excellence. Location: Argentina (Remote) or Montevideo (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Act as the operational owner for POS partners, coordinating launch readiness across multiple internal teams.
- Drive end-to-end execution from contract signature to merchant onboarding and scaling.
- Manage POS hardware sourcing, terminal provisioning, certifications, and acquirer requirements.
- Identify and resolve risks and blockers across teams and partners.
- Define and monitor SLAs related to devices, incidents, and partner response times.
- Lead incident coordination and ensure compliance with local card-present and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years experience in payments, fintech, POS, or acquiring.
- Hands-on experience with card-present/in-person payments.
- Strong cross-functional execution and partner management skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, multi-market environments.
- Structured, problem-solving mindset with attention to operational detail.
- Experience with IA and automation is highly valued.
