What you will do

• Own engineering outcomes and technical strategy for the Enterprise Pillar across multiple teams.
• Make final decisions on architecture, platform strategy, and technical debt prioritization.
• Ensure scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise-grade systems.
• Manage delivery processes, incident handling, and operational readiness.
• Align engineering priorities with business and product goals, supporting pre-sales technical validation.
• Lead organizational design, hiring, performance management, and develop senior engineering leaders.

Requirements

• 10+ years in engineering leadership roles with experience managing large multi-team organizations.
• Strong background in platform, infrastructure, or API-driven systems.
• Proven ability to make high-impact technical and organizational decisions.
• Effective collaboration with executive stakeholders.
• Preferably experience in e-Commerce and Print on Demand.
• English language proficiency at least B2.
