TL;DR

Customer Support Executive (Fintech): Helping customers navigate an anti-fraud platform and streamline support processes with an accent on delivering outstanding service and interpreting ID checks. Location: Hybrid in Manchester, UK (minimum 2 days office presence per week).

Salary: £26,000 annual

hirify.global is an FCA regulated anti-fraud platform protecting individuals and businesses from fraud and money laundering during big transactions.

What you will do

  • Take overall responsibility for customer support and helping customers get the most out of hirify.global.
  • Work with the support team to deliver against ambitious targets.
  • Be highly organised and able to juggle a large volume of enquiries, seeing ID checks through to completion.
  • Act as the first point of contact with end users, providing integral feedback to the product team.
  • Become an expert in the hirify.global app and interpreting ID checks for clients.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years Customer Support experience is helpful, especially in the startup, tech, or legal space; open to grads or individuals from other areas who demonstrate relevant skills.
  • Must love helping people and be keen to grow and develop within the team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively; patience and empathy are essential.
  • Happy to handle high volumes of inbound enquiries with a calm and good-humoured approach.
  • Desire to understand key pain points from clients and users to drive app improvements.
  • Must be able to work hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days office presence per week in Manchester, UK.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge or understanding of Anti-Money Laundering and fraud.
