Interim Advertising Operations Specialist (Marketing): Manage end-to-end delivery of advertising campaigns including channel setup, go-live, monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting with an accent on operational process improvement and campaign performance. Focus on designing and evolving scalable operational processes, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring campaigns meet client KPIs on time.

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end delivery of advertising campaigns from setup to optimization and troubleshooting.
- Lead process iteration and improvement for efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Create and maintain clear process documentation.
- Monitor advertising product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Account Management, Sales, and Data & Reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in digital advertising or retail media operations with knowledge of Ad Servers.
- Proven skills in operational process improvement and documentation.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis.
- Commercially minded with customer service orientation.
- Experience with Google Ad Manager, retail media platforms, and social media platforms preferred.
- Available for a fixed-term contract starting February 2026.
