TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Healthcare SaaS): Manage the full customer lifecycle to ensure lasting value from hirify.global’s healthcare SaaS product with an accent on customer onboarding, advisory, and continuous improvement. Focus on building trust-based relationships, supporting SaaS adoption, and contributing to product improvements based on customer insights.

Location: Flexible work from home or offices in Bergen, BodΓΈ, or Oslo, Norway

Salary: 800 000 – 900 000 NOK/year

hirify.global is a purpose-driven startup focused on building next-generation health services in Norway, part of the Kernel cooperation network.

What you will do

  • Partner with customers to ensure hirify.global delivers measurable value through implementation and advisory work.
  • Support customer adoption and continuous improvement of hirify.global workflows and best practices.
  • Use customer data and feedback to guide decisions and improve processes.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships through structured follow-up and advisory engagements.
  • Represent hirify.global at customer meetings, conferences, and external events with some travel (~30 days/year).
  • Drive onboarding, training, and change initiatives to set customers up for success.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken) and comfortable working in English
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on healthcare
  • Experience with SaaS product implementation and customer support through change.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with strong execution and responsibility.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30 days per year.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the public sector is a strong plus.
