What you will do
- Lead strategy, development, and execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and events.
- Develop high-impact content strategies and narratives for internal and external audiences.
- Advise and support internal communications to strengthen employee engagement and culture.
- Manage marketing planning, calendars, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
- Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Ensure all communications align with brand positioning and messaging frameworks.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Barcelona, Spain or able to work hybrid with local presence.
- 5-7 years experience in marketing operations, corporate communications, or related fields.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Business.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, engineering, or B2B technical industries preferred.
- English proficiency required.
- Ability to work in complex, fast-paced, multicultural environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
