What you will do

• Plan, write, and maintain targeted content across the customer lifecycle including onboarding, migrations, retention, and product release communications
• Produce diverse content formats such as emails, user guides, support articles, screencast scripts, FAQs, and in-platform messaging
• Develop and refine AI-supported writing assistants and content workflows to enhance efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Onboarding, Operations, and Localisation teams to align content
• Use platform data and customer feedback to continuously improve support content
• Maintain consistent brand tone and internal writing standards

Requirements

• Several years of experience creating customer-facing communication and onboarding content for software or platform products
• Proficiency with various content formats and digital tools including CMS, HubSpot, and Intercom
• Ability to translate complex technical content into clear, user-oriented communication
• Independent, structured, and organized work style managing multiple projects
• Excellent written and spoken English required, fluency in German is a strong plus
• Location flexibility within Germany with remote and hybrid options
