What you will do
- Collaborate with business partners and customers to resolve technical issues and provide pre-sales support
- Train partners and provide on-site support to increase self-sufficiency
- Deepen knowledge of access control solutions and test new functionalities
- Contribute to product documentation and influence product and market development
- Work closely with local and international teams to strengthen presence in Poland and Eastern Europe
Requirements
- Must be located in Warsaw, Poland
- 2–3 years of experience in technical support or pre-sales, preferably in security industry
- Strong technical knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, routers), IT infrastructure, databases, software, and hardware
- Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written)
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Relevant technical bachelor’s degree and ability to work independently
