What you will do

• Design and implement digital workflows to improve employee lifecycle management.
• Serve as a liaison between HR and IT to ensure alignment on system architecture and roadmap.
• Monitor and report system performance, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Develop, test, and deploy configurations and customizations in SuccessFactors and related systems.
• Ensure system security and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Drive adoption of digital platforms through communication plans and user engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data governance, change management, and system lifecycle development.
• Experience working in global organizations with multi-country HR system implementations.
• Familiarity with middleware and integration tools such as SAP CPI, and working knowledge of APIs.
• Knowledge of current trends in AI, including emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
