Salary: $165,750–$204,750 (USD national new hire base pay range in the United States, with geographic differentials possible).

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for BIDS Trader, collaborating with global business and technical teams.
• Engage with customer-facing teams and customers to understand needs and translate feedback into improvements.
• Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions, measure performance, and optimize user experience.
• Work with multiple engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions and respond to production problems.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, perform code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
• Drive projects that significantly impact key business metrics.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with a strong focus on product development and user experience (UX) design.
• Proficiency in modern browser-based languages (e.g., Typescript), frameworks (e.g., React), and tools.
• Demonstrated experience in owning and driving product roadmaps, with a keen understanding of customer needs and industry trends.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of leading projects and mentoring team members.
