What you will do

• Lead high-impact product demonstrations for mid-market clients.
• Partner with customers to configure environments and guide them through technical value.
• Maintain deep understanding of customer cloud ecosystems (OpenTelemetry, Serverless).
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify opportunities and translate technical concepts into business value.
• Be the voice of the customer, relaying feedback to Engineering and Product teams.

Requirements

• Experience in pre-sales or SRE/Engineering with a strong desire for a commercial, influential role.
• Strong technical knowledge of modern tech stacks including Cloud, Containers, and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and monitoring open standards (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences, handle objections, and stay calm under pressure.
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland, or able to work onsite/hybrid in Dublin.

Nice to have

• Fluent French or German speaker (highly desirable for European mid-market expansion).
• Prior experience with performance monitoring tools (APM, Infrastructure, or User Experience).
