TL;DR

Salary: $135,000 - $190,000 per year

What you will do

  • Serve as primary technical contact for clients, managing escalations and aligning solutions with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding operational and technical challenges.
  • Provide strategic IT guidance and support adoption of hirify.global’s solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct health checks, risk assessments, and technical reviews to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Client Success, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support account profitability and service performance management.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within US time zones.
  • 10+ years of experience in engineering, technical sales, or IT consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Public Cloud, Active Directory, Citrix, Cisco, VMware, Dell/EMC, and Networking.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% and work occasional on-call hours.
