What you will do
- Define and execute the African regional sales strategy for the CCaaS portfolio, focusing on new logo acquisition and market development.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing enterprise sales team, managing pipeline and performance KPIs.
- Own revenue targets for the region, ensuring consistent overachievement in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Develop and manage a robust partner ecosystem, overseeing joint business planning and co-selling initiatives.
- Identify and execute market penetration opportunities in emerging African markets, adapting strategy to competitive trends.
- Drive disciplined sales operations, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise software or cloud solutions sales experience, with at least 7 years in a regional leadership position.
- Demonstrated success in selling CCaaS, AI, SaaS, or cloud communications solutions to large enterprises.
- Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
- Extensive experience building and scaling enterprise sales teams in multi-country environments.
- Strong executive presence with excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of Contact Center technologies, AI, digital transformation, and customer experience strategy within Africa.
- English language proficiency required; French, Arabic, or Portuguese desirable.

- Experience working for a global CCaaS, AI, or SaaS provider.
- Strong network across African enterprise markets.
- Familiarity with public sector procurement frameworks in key African countries.
