Location: Hybrid, expected to be in office twice per week at one of the following hub locations: Burnaby, Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary (Canada), Dublin (Ireland), or Sydney (Australia).

Salary: $79,600–$107,600 CAD

What you will do

• Manage the complete procurement lifecycle for IT software, hardware, and services.
• Evaluate supplier pricing, bids, and contracts for best value and compliance.
• Collaborate with management and department leaders to assess procurement needs.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms for procurement contracts.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate inventory of contracts and track renewals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management with a focus on IT procurement.
• Proven ability to manage the end-to-end procurement cycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with SaaS authentication & provisioning protocols.
• Proficiency with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle, Ariba).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field required.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated experience managing and negotiating recurring SaaS contracts.
• Experience working in environments with 2500+ endpoints.
• Experience redlining MSAs, terms, etc.
• Experience managing SaaS tools like Slack, Zoom, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Adobe, 1Password, Salesforce, GSuite, Github, Asana.
