People Operations And Payroll Lead (HR Operations): Managing and developing a team of People Operations & Payroll Partners across multiple international locations with an accent on HRIS improvement, payroll integration, and immigration process scaling. Focus on ensuring compliance, data integrity, and enhancing employee experience throughout the lifecycle.

Location: Hybrid work with offices in Barcelona, Paris, London, Vilnius, Skopje, and others; up to 30% remote work allowed

What you will do

  • Manage, mentor, and engage a team of 4-5 People Operations & Payroll Partners across different locations
  • Oversee HRIS (HiBob) ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Drive exceptional employee experience from onboarding to offboarding
  • Coordinate payroll systems, providers, and processes globally
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and auditable people policies
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and automation

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years in HR operations or people business partnering with payroll responsibilities
  • Experience managing or mentoring teams (3+ direct reports preferred)
  • Good knowledge of multi-country payroll practices
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, IFS)
  • Conflict resolution and employee relations management skills
  • English language proficiency required; additional languages (French, Spanish, German) are a plus
