Talent Acquisition Consultant (HR Recruiting): Partner with senior TA consultants, HRBPs, and hiring managers to deliver scalable, tech-enabled talent solutions for external hiring and internal moves with an accent on AI and automation in recruiting processes. Focus on building talent pipelines, managing recruiting coordination, and enabling internal mobility through ATS and data insights.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, The Netherlands with office presence required two days a week

What you will do

  • Partner with senior TA consultants, HRBPs, and hiring managers to deliver scalable talent acquisition solutions.
  • Source and engage talent for early-career and experienced roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting coordination including scheduling, assessments, feedback, reference checks, and offer paperwork.
  • Enable internal mobility by managing postings in ATS and supporting growth conversations.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience aligned with employer branding.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Amsterdam, The Netherlands
  • 1–3 years of recruiting or talent operations experience, preferably in tech industry.
  • Experience with ATS systems, ideally Lever.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation in recruiting.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and data reporting skills.
