Professional Services Manager

Location: South San Francisco HQ, onsite

Salary: $198,500 - $297,800 per year

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Professional Services team including staffing, metrics, and engagement sponsorship.
• Serve as engagement sponsor to ensure projects are on track and resolve issues with key stakeholders.
• Partner with other teams to optimize utilization and project coverage.
• Manage pipeline, headcount, and recruit diverse talent.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align services with user requirements.
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve team capabilities and product adoption.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years leading client-facing Professional Services or equivalent teams.
• Experience in account management with technical and implementation leadership.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Demonstrated mentorship and ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
