What you will do

• Own email and lifecycle marketing from onboarding to win-back.
• Build and optimize user funnels from download to paid.
• Increase activation, trial usage, upgrades, and retention metrics.
• Run growth experiments across emails, landing pages, and flows.
• Analyze user behavior, identify drop-off points, and create growth insights.
• Collaborate with product and design, while moving independently.

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing experience in B2C product companies.
• Experience with product and funnel analytics (GA4, PostHog, Mixpanel, or similar).
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.
• Ability to track and optimize activation, trial usage, upgrades, and churn.
• Proven email and lifecycle marketing expertise with measurable revenue impact.
• Strong copywriting skills for emails that drive clear action.
• Fluent Ukrainian.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Google Search and/or Meta Ads.
• Understanding of CAC, ROAS, and payback periods.
• SEO knowledge.
