TL;DR

Technology Strategy Consultant: Shaping technology strategies, assessing technology capabilities, and designing modern architectures for clients with an accent on AI, data, and cloud technologies. Focus on advising C-level executives, bridging business and technology, and delivering strategic consulting engagements.

Location: Hybrid in Finland, must be based in Helsinki or Tampere area. No relocation offered.

What you will do

  • Act as technology expert in strategic consulting engagements.
  • Bridge business and technology with cross-functional teams.
  • Support sales with technical insights and proposal development.
  • Design and facilitate workshops and create presentations for C-level discussions.
  • Contribute to development of internal technology strategy services.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Helsinki or Tampere area, Finland.
  • 5–10+ years experience in digital, technology, data, or AI strategies or architecture.
  • Consulting experience and ability to communicate with C-level executives.
  • Fluent in English and Finnish.
  • Understanding of enterprise technology stacks and modern AI, cloud, and data technologies.
  • Enjoy advisory work and fast-paced projects.

Hiring process

  • Initial get-to-know call (30 min).
  • Case interview (90 min) demonstrating problem-solving and teamwork.
  • Business discussion (60 min) with sales and strategy leads.
