CMO
We’re looking for a data-driven, execution-focused CMO to take full ownership of our global marketing strategy and team. This role is central to scaling our brokerage business across high-growth markets.
What You’ll Do
✅ Team Leadership
— Lead marketing department: product marketing, digital, content, PR/events, design, affiliates/partnerships.
— Upgrade the function: stronger processes, higher standards, faster execution.
— Develop managers and specialists: build a high-performance culture.
✅ Marketing Strategy & Execution
— Build and own the full global marketing strategy that supports company goals and revenue targets.
— Create tailored go-to-market strategies for each region, with deep localization.
— Develop comprehensive marketing plans across all functions: product marketing, performance, brand, PR/Comms, content, design, events, affiliate etc.
— Set up and scale end-to-end analytics.
— Build loyalty, onboarding, and retention programs that directly impact activity, turnover, and LTV.
✅ Product & Cross-Functional Influence
— Go deep into the product: understand the tech, the flow, user behavior, competitors.
— Bring insights and proposals that directly affect product decisions.
✅ Analytics & Budget Ownership
— Full responsibility for the marketing budget.
— Set, monitor, and own business KPIs.
— Provide transparent reporting to leadership, with clear data, insights, and decisions.
