Junior Software Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Junior Software Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365): Develop and customize business-critical applications on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform with an accent on Field Service and Sales modules. Location: Hybrid work model with three days a week onsite in Krakow, Poland

What you will do

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy customizations in Dynamics 365 Field Service and Sales modules.
• Maintain and prioritize backlog, ensuring delivery commitments for development, rollouts, and support.
• Collaborate with product owners, managers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules and Power Platform components.
• Support integrations with other enterprise systems and participate in agile ceremonies like PI planning and sprint reviews.
• Drive testing and provide post-implementation support to end-users.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid with presence in Krakow office three days a week
• English: Fluent English required
• 2-3 years experience with .NET, C#, SQL, and JavaScript
• Experience with Git and Azure DevOps
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Nice to have

• Cloud experience
• Testing, unit testing, integration testing experience
• Experience with D365 Sales, CRM, Field Service
• PowerApps and Power Automate knowledge
• Microsoft certifications MB-910 and PL-900
