What you will do
- Build and expand strategic technical customer relationships at management and C-level.
- Gather, prioritize, and orchestrate requirements from various customer areas.
- Develop end-to-end solution strategies based on hirify.global's portfolio.
- Lead a technical team virtually, responsible for architecture, roadmap, and PoCs.
- Translate complex technology into understandable business outcomes (TCO/ROI).
- Coordinate sales, services, and partner teams; support RFI/RFP/proposals; conduct workshops and briefings.
Requirements
- Must be located in Germany or able to work in hybrid mode with presence in Düsseldorf or Munich.
- 5–8 years of experience in technical IT sales/pre-sales (cloud, hardware, or software).
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; confident stakeholder management at all levels.
- Technical knowledge of converged/hyperconverged infrastructure, enterprise/cloud computing, cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), virtualization (VMware), storage, backup, and data protection.
- Good German and English language skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and REST APIs.
- Understanding of TCO analyses, ROI, and financial models.
