What you will do
- Lead, manage, and coach a team of Account Managers and Customer Success Managers across Europe.
- Drive customer success strategies through tailored plans and business reviews.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and retention by implementing process improvements.
- Promote professional growth and learning within the team.
Requirements
- Fluent English (C2) required and a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Commercial Administration.
- 5+ years in commercial roles focused on customer retention, expansion, and business development, especially in the UK market.
- 3+ years of team leadership experience with a proven track record.
- Experience in SaaS or e-commerce, familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Magento, or PrestaShop.
- Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills with flexibility to travel frequently across Europe.
