What you will do

• Lead creative development of brand identities from strategy to visual execution.
• Develop brand narratives and scalable visual systems across digital and physical platforms.
• Guide and mentor designers ensuring high quality and conceptual clarity.
• Collaborate with global brands and cross-functional teams including strategy, product, and technology.
• Present ideas confidently to clients and facilitate workshops both remote and onsite.
• Contribute to evolving design systems as operational brand platforms.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Berlin, Germany
• 6+ years experience in brand and visual design, preferably in agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand thinking, visual excellence, and conceptual depth.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
• Deep understanding of visual identity systems, typography, layout, color, and AI-driven design systems.
• Experience leading creative workstreams and mentoring designers.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with AI-assisted design tools and automated workflows.
• Experience with motion design principles for brand scalability.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards impacting brand and design systems.
