Information Security Officer

TL;DR

Information Security Officer (Cybersecurity): Establishing and maturing security governance, compliance, and framework design with an accent on regulatory adherence and independent oversight. Location: Hybrid setup in Amsterdam with 2 days remote and 3 days in-office weekly after initial 3 months.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain the information security governance framework and policies.
• Ensure compliance with critical regulations including DORA, PCI-DSS, SWIFT CSCF, and NIS2.
• Provide independent oversight and review of the first-line SecOps team’s security controls.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external security audits, managing communications and requirements.

Requirements

• Fluent English required for effective global team communication.
• Hybrid work setup in Amsterdam with initial office presence required.
• In-depth knowledge of security governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with information security regulations such as DORA, NIS2, and PCI-DSS.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve security controls.
