What you will do
- Manage and oversee Regional Sales Managers to drive sales strategy and achieve goals.
- Participate in strategic planning and communicate corporate strategy within the region.
- Plan and direct sales activities including forecasting, relationship development, and customer satisfaction.
- Set short-term and long-term sales goals and quotas aligned with corporate objectives.
- Identify and qualify enterprise sales opportunities and develop budgets for senior management review.
- Coach, mentor, and evaluate sales personnel to ensure sales targets are met.
Requirements
- Must be located in the Philippines and able to work remotely.
- Native fluency and business level English required.
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Director with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and competitive market offerings.
- Ability to manage professional employees and foster a positive work environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time on short notice.
