What you will do

• Analyze capability gaps and propose improvement methods within customer organizations
• Identify and define business needs and goals, managing stakeholder impact and communication
• Moderate meetings and workshops, manage solution scope and requirements lifecycle
• Mentor other analysts and contribute to corporate knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with product managers on strategy and evaluate business analysis processes
• Monitor solution implementation and conduct acceptance processes

Requirements

• Very strong English verbal and written communication skills
• 3+ years IT industry experience including international client collaboration
• 3+ years experience in business analysis or product management
• 1+ year experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of requirements management and prototyping tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Proven communication skills with large audiences and top management
