What you will do
- Conduct a top-to-bottom review of operational MI, processes, and governance to redefine KPIs and MI products.
- Translate stakeholder needs into redesigned MI products such as executive dashboards, operational packs, and scorecards.
- Drive a reliable and scalable MI operating model that improves decision-making, trust in data, and time-to-insight.
- Determine strategies to move from static reporting to insight-driven reporting with data storytelling.
- Work with the Head of Operational Analytics on the MI transformation Roadmap.
- Coach others on best practice for data storytelling.
Requirements
- Degree in an analytical discipline (e.g., statistics, computer science, maths) or evidence of equivalent practical experience.
- Experience of leading MI teams within wealth management.
- Proven experience in managing teams within a complex business environment.
- Strong understanding of how business strategy links to commercial outcomes through analytics and MI delivery.
- Experience in data visualisation and storytelling.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
