🛠 Key Responsibilities:

Conduct stakeholder and user interviews, clarify and refine requirements
Collect and document requirements in the form of User Stories and Use Cases, leveraging AI tools for structuring and validation
Describe and design UI forms, create wireframes in collaboration with a designer
Participate in solution design together with the architect and development lead
Prepare project documentation: business process diagrams, functional specifications for microservices, API specifications, database schemas, and service interaction diagrams
Develop user guides and support materials, including AI-assisted generation and localization
Maintain requirements and project documentation in Jira/Confluence
Create diagrams and prototypes in Miro/Figma, including AI-generated drafts for quick ideation
Manage the backlog, align priorities in Jira, and define User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria

Requirements
-5+ years of experience in a similar role
-Strong communication skills, proactivity, and independence
-Ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
-Hands-on experience with stakeholder interviews, Use Cases, and User Stories
-Solid experience in preparing project documentation
-Knowledge of UML (sequence, activity, and state diagrams)
-Experience creating C4 diagrams
-Proficiency in Figma
-SQL knowledge (ability to write queries)
-Understanding of JSON/XML/YAML formats
-Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar tools (Trello, Notion, etc.)
-Ability to structure requirements and project artifacts in corporate systems
-Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) for analysis, documentation, prototyping, and consistency checks

Nice-to-have
-Experience describing REST APIs (OpenAPI format)
-Understanding of SOAP and gRPC protocols
-Experience with microservice-based projects
-Knowledge of HTTP fundamentals
Familiarity with Postman, Fiddler, or SOAP UI
-Understanding of message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
