What you will do

• Lead and manage AI/ML projects from initiation through delivery, aligning with business objectives and timelines.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI/ML use cases and translate requirements into actionable specifications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, IT, business stakeholders).
• Ensure adoption of AI/ML solutions across business teams and integration into daily workflows.
• Design and deliver training programs and enablement materials for user capabilities.
• Monitor emerging AI/ML trends and propose innovative approaches for business optimization.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Project Management, Data Science or Digital Transformation.
• Proven track record in digital transformation and project management, with hands-on AI/ML deployment experience.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience in product management.
• Demonstrated success in leading change management and driving adoption of emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Proficiency in French.
