What you will do

• Run workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define governance for IRM use cases.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM components including controls, risks, authority documents, and indicators.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Align IRM entities with CMDB services and applications following CSDM practices.
• Implement risk calculation models and continuous monitoring processes.
• Provide enablement and knowledge sharing to Security GRC teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Portugal or able to work remotely within Spain time zone
• Fluent English (C1) required
• Strong experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs).
• Proven track record of 4+ end-to-end IRM implementations with leadership in business analysis and technical configuration.
• Experience with Agile methodology and ServiceNow workflows/flow designer.
• Knowledge of CMDB/CSDM alignment and COFCO coding standards.

Nice to have

• Fluent Portuguese.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) IRM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
