What you will do

• Manage Data Migration and Clinical Research workstreams ensuring successful completion and quality adherence.
• Develop and adjust detailed project workplans including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to align project objectives and resource planning.
• Communicate risks, blockers, and project status proactively to leadership and stakeholders.
• Work with other project managers to evolve best practices and support team success.
• Provide written and verbal updates to leadership as needed.

Requirements

• Must be located in Guadalajara, Mexico.
• 10+ years senior project management experience with technical projects.
• 5+ years healthcare industry experience including knowledge of medical business processes and clinical research.
• Certification and practical experience in Agile, Lean/Six Sigma, and/or PMP.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment.
