What you will do

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, resources, timelines, and deliverables for large and complex deployment projects.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective communication.
• Ensure all internal and customer stakeholders understand and have visibility to project plans, and are kept up to date.
• Keep the project forward momentum and hold all parties accountable for completing tasks on time.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the deployment process and escalate to management.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
• Ensure deployments meet quality and compliance standards, including data and deployment validation.

Requirements

• 3+ years conducting successful software project management in a technical environment, cybersecurity preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Strong familiarity with software and hardware deployment processes and technologies.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and building strong customer relationships.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment and gaining consensus.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve complex issues and address challenges within the customer space.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
