What you will do

• Lead a growing team of Project Managers managing partner events across 20+ countries
• Analyze opportunities and inefficiencies to improve operational processes and event profitability
• Participate in partner negotiations and serve as escalation point internally and externally
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives aligned with company goals
• Drive cross-project initiatives to improve event performance and profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid office with hybrid schedule
• 7+ years of relevant experience or consulting background
• Fluent English (C1 level)
• Strong data analysis, communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
• Ability to handle multiple parallel workstreams and collaborate across teams
• Flexible, detail-oriented, analytical mindset with solution-focused approach
