What you will do

• Build scalable, production-ready AI solutions that bridge Data Science and Software Engineering.
• Develop reusable components to accelerate rapid prototyping and deployment of solutions.
• Design and implement monitoring systems to track the performance and reliability of ML-driven solutions.
• Improve time-to-market for key business solutions by reducing model training and deployment time.
• Socialize MLOps capabilities across the organization by establishing best practices and standards.
• Collaborate closely with Data Science, Product, and Engineering stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment and maintainability of ML solutions.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience deploying and monitoring Machine Learning Models in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with distributed data processing frameworks like PySpark.
• Excellent grasp of the basics of Machine Learning, Statistics, and Probability.
• Experience with building scalable ETL pipelines for efficient feature storage, processing, and retrieval.
• Experience building and deploying end-to-end model training, inferencing, and retraining pipelines.
• Familiarity with standard best practices like version control, CI/CD for code management, unit testing, and quality code standards.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with distributed data processing frameworks like Ray.
• Hands-on experience with designing and maintaining Feature Stores.
