What you will do

• Lead customer consultation sessions to understand business and operational requirements for Contact Center environments.
• Deploy and configure hirify.global Cloud Contact Center solutions end-to-end according to design specifications.
• Design and optimize advanced Contact Center workflows including call routing and omnichannel interactions.
• Integrate communication technologies such as SIP trunking and SMS gateways within cloud frameworks.
• Advise on and implement AI and NLU capabilities to enhance customer self-service and agent support.
• Define reporting requirements and utilize analytics tools like Power BI for performance monitoring.
• Produce technical documentation and provide training to customer teams.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) required.
• 5-8 years of experience in Contact Center consultation, design, and deployment.
• Experience with hirify.global Cloud Contact Center platforms and cloud deployments.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, SMS integration, and workflow design.
• Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools, especially Power BI.
