What you will do
- Take ownership of small projects related to payments including bugs, support flows, and experiments.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Finance, and external payment partners.
- Maintain documentation and track performance using data tools like Sheets/Excel.
- Perform light software testing and assist in organizing product experiments and rollouts.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Provide operational insights to improve payment business lines.
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1) and at least one of Spanish or Polish; Italian or Brazilian Portuguese is a plus.
- 1–3 years experience in project management, operations, support, or product-adjacent roles in software/SaaS.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and basic SQL queries.
- Clear communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Must have legal right to work in your country of residence or role location; no visa sponsorship available.
- Basic understanding of ecommerce and financial payment concepts.
Nice to have
- Experience with MySQL, DataGrip, or similar database clients.
- Exposure to fintech or payments.
- Customer-facing or operations team experience.
