What you will do

• Develop and evaluate next-generation large language models with a focus on pretraining.
• Collaborate closely with research scientists, engineers, and product teams across hirify.global.
• Contribute research that directly impacts Google products such as Pixel, Android, and Chrome.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Paris, France
• Ph.D. or equivalent research experience in AI.
• Strong publication record in top-tier AI conferences or journals.
• Solid understanding of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and/or speech processing.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as JAX, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with VLM/VLA training and deployment.
