What you will do
- Provide expert technical support for hirify.global's financial products to customers and partners.
- Record customer queries and investigation progress in CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Resolve issues remotely and arrange for on-site dispatches when necessary.
- Work with 3rd party service providers and internal partners for problem resolution.
- Create and maintain knowledge documents and deliver technical trainings.
- Adapt quickly in a shared environment and work shifts, including weekends on rotation.
Requirements
- English fluency required.
- 2 years of experience in technical support.
- Logical problem solver with strong customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networks, IT security, and Office suite products.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic level knowledge of financial markets.
