What you will do

• Consult with clients to identify problems and provide analytical solutions.
• Design solutions for customer lifecycle and regulatory projects based on hirify.global best practices.
• Lead analytical projects and manage project delivery.
• Develop relationships with client managers and executives to achieve business goals.
• Identify and pursue new business and cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct feasibility studies to support sales activities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Istanbul, Turkey or able to work hybrid from there
• Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related field with strong numeric content.
• 3+ years experience in analytics and consultancy, managing and delivering data analytics projects.
• Proficiency in Python, SAS, SQL; knowledge of R, Scala, C++ is a plus.
• Experience with machine learning techniques such as clustering, regression, neural networks, SVMs, random forests, and boosting.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
