TL;DR

Location: EMEA region only (applications from outside EMEA will be discarded)

What you will do

  • Provide direct technical support to customers for vector database and SaaS platform issues.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex infrastructure, cloud, and database problems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to resolve issues and improve products.
  • Build and enhance internal tooling for support workflows and observability.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for critical issue response.
  • Create and maintain clear internal and customer-facing documentation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the EMEA region.
  • Strong experience in customer-facing support or infrastructure roles.
  • Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
  • Good understanding of Kubernetes and workload management.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with vector databases or similar search technologies.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ownership.

Nice to have

  • Experience troubleshooting complex customer production deployments.
  • Experience with observability tools and automation of support workflows.
  • Understanding of DevOps tools and practices.
