What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of Solutions Engineers focused on large enterprise accounts.
• Recruit, retain, develop, and coach regionally focused skilled SEs.
• Partner with sales and product groups to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
• Drive team accountability for deal management in Salesforce.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Travel 25-50% as required.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in Australia without visa sponsorship.
• Leadership experience managing Solutions Engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of network engineering, operating systems, virtual machines, and containers.
• Understanding of risk-based security assessments and cloud security frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud identity, access management, certificates, and keys.

Nice to have

• Experience with traditional CSPM tools and cloud infrastructure security.
• Technical SaaS selling experience.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Infrastructure as Code.
