TL;DR

Ai Engineer (Generative AI): Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models and solutions using Azure and Databricks with an accent on scalability, performance, and maintainability. Focus on prototyping new GenAI use cases, collaborating cross-functionally, and evolving AI engineering best practices.

Location: Hybrid work setup based in The Hague, Netherlands

Salary: €4,547–€6,496 per month

What you will do

Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models using Azure and Databricks
Rapidly prototype and test new GenAI use cases, frameworks, and tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, Cloud, Data Science, IT, and Business
Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of AI solutions in production
Contribute to AI engineering best practices and stay updated with latest GenAI developments

Requirements

Location: Hybrid work based in The Hague, Netherlands
English: Fluent (C1) required
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
At least 2 years hands-on experience with Generative AI including LLMs, diffusion models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG pipelines
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Spark, Azure, Databricks, CI/CD, and Terraform
Experience deploying ML models to production and working with vector databases and frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex

Nice to have

Previous experience in fintech
Knowledge of responsible AI practices and model evaluation techniques
Contributions to open-source AI projects or participation in AI communities
