What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for data science across multiple product teams.

• Establish best practices for code development, testing, pipeline architecture, and model deployment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Bengaluru, India
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 10 years of data science experience.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with AI models, large language models, and AI infrastructure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical leadership.
• Experience with MLOps and CI/CD processes preferred.
