What you will do
- Grow and develop long-term profitable partnerships with merchants to deliver sustainable business growth.
- Lead C-level external and internal engagement and stakeholder management.
- Manage a complex portfolio and develop multi-year account plans with strategic partners.
- Drive merchant usage, satisfaction, and revenue growth through proactive customer growth strategies.
- Develop and refine merchant value propositions and marketing best practices.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams.
Requirements
- Remote work with collaboration across multiple time zones.
- Extensive experience in client-facing sales, account management, or customer success roles.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong relationship management skills managing complex enterprise relationships.
- Experience in eCommerce or startup environments with global operations preferred.
- Experience with B2B sales, portfolio management, and profitability metrics.
