What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to understand customer challenges and articulate value propositions
- Lead technical validations and Proof of Value phases during sales cycles
- Deliver product and technical demonstrations to diverse organizational levels
- Work cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to enhance the platform
- Technically close complex sales opportunities with advanced knowledge and credibility
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; M.S. preferred
- 2+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related technical customer-facing roles
- Hands-on knowledge of security products such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, Threat Detection, and Incident Response
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern application architectures (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to have
- Experience with open source collection tools like Telegraf, FluentBit, FluentD
- Experience running technical validations and Proof of Value engagements
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Datadog, Elastic, New Relic
