What you will do

• Lead technical design and launch of machine learning projects.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver impactful AI features.
• Build and maintain end-to-end ML systems including data engineering, model serving, and monitoring.
• Fine-tune open-source and proprietary large language models (LLMs) and develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• Implement MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation for continuous training and deployment.
• Mentor junior team members to grow technical expertise.

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years of experience building machine learning and AI solutions.
• Proven experience with end-to-end ML system development and deployment.
• Expertise in GenAI frameworks, LLM fine-tuning, and RAG systems.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Familiarity with Java and Kotlin is beneficial.
• Ability to work remotely from any country where hirify.global has a legal entity.
