Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist

Loyal Guru is hiring a People & Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our scale-up growth in Europe and LATAM. If you love recruiting, enjoy building people processes, and want to be part of a fast-growing SaaS company — this role is for you.
What you’ll do
— Lead full-cycle recruitment for key technical + client-facing roles (Developers, PMs, CSMs, etc.)
— Build hiring strategies, source talent, publish job ads and optimise the candidate experience
— Own onboarding, offboarding, contracts and employee lifecycle admin
— Maintain HR databases (HiBob, Drive), manage documentation and support performance processes
— Coordinate office logistics, equipment, welcome packs and external suppliers
— Support corporate events and contribute to company culture initiatives
What you bring
— 2+ years in People/HR roles
— 1+ year hiring technical profiles (agency or in-house)
— Based in Barcelona (mandatory)
— Excellent English; strong communication and organisational skills
— Analytical mindset, detail orientation and ability to run structured interviews
Nice to have
— SaaS B2B experience
— Start-up / scale-up background
