What you will do

• Manage multiple searches in parallel while maintaining a consistently high talent bar.
• Build strong inbound and outbound pipelines of top talent.
• Partner with and coach Hiring Managers to define hiring needs and solve business problems.
• Own the operational backbone of hiring: ATS hygiene, sourcing tools, and data quality.
• Ensure every candidate has a clear, respectful, and human experience.
• Shape how hiring works at Genesy without compromising quality or culture.

Requirements

• At least 1 year recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
• Ability to partner, influence, and challenge Hiring Managers.
• Operational excellence and a candidate-centric mindset.
• Fluent in English (C1).
• Open to work at our Barcelona office 4 days per week.
