Employer Branding Specialist

The company behind several major casino and sportsbook brands is building a new Technology Hub in Málaga — and is now looking for an Employer Branding Specialist who will help attract top tech talent and shape a strong regional employer brand.
This role combines employer branding + recruitment, ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, community engagement, and hands-on hiring.
What you’ll do
— Support the development and delivery of the employer brand strategy for the Málaga Tech Hub
— Create engaging content for social media, careers pages and internal channels (posts, videos, spotlights, behind-the-scenes)
— Partner with TA to run recruitment marketing campaigns and job-specific outreach
— Curate onboarding narratives and employee stories that reflect the hub culture
— Organise meetups, hackathons, university visits and branding events across Andalusia
— Build relationships with tech communities, universities and innovation hubs
— Monitor branding trends and provide insights to improve visibility and engagement
— Support full-cycle recruitment: intake meetings, sourcing, screening and interview coordination
What you’ll need
— 1–3 years of experience in employer branding, digital marketing, HR comms or similar
— Minimum 2 years recruitment experience
— Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
— Experience creating social media content; basic design or video editing is an advantage
— Familiarity with tech talent and the software development ecosystem
— Creative, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-growing environment
